He joined the agency, in 2013, as the Vice President of Property & Casualty, and progressed to his current role as Vice President of Insurance Operations in 2016. He is responsible for overseeing the Commercial and Claims Divisions as well as the agency’s carrier relations.
John’s legal & underwriting experience applies a unique perspective for LassiterWare clients. As a licensed Florida attorney, John consults with clients on contractual areas including sub-contractor agreements, releases from liability, and other related legal matters that have risk management implications. John is a certified insurance counselor (CIC) and a former underwriter with Travelers Insurance as well. His skill sets lend great value to the LassiterWare agency in helping clients’ position their accounts in the most favorable light to maximize discounts, lower costs, and reduce exposures.
John received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Providence College and Juris Doctor from Florida State University. He stays involved with several volunteering committees throughout the Central Florida area including the Annunciation Catholic Church.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
